You must contact us first before returning any items in order to receive proper refund or replacement in a timely fashion.
If you have received your order for more than 7 days, no returns are allowed. If there are extenuating circumstances, you can email us at [email protected] with your order number and issue. The Return Department will make a final determination within 2 business days.
mirrobags is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to our fulfillment center.
